Simply fill the extra-large frying basket with food, lower into the hot oil at the temperature selected, and monitor progress through the viewing window. The unit's easy-to-use control panel features an on/off switch, a full-range temperature-control knob, and a temperature indicator light that turns green when oil reaches the desired temperature. Other highlights include stainless-steel housing with an enameled oil pan, an immersed stainless-steel heating element, a reset button, non-slip feet, and cord storage, as well as a stay-cool handle and lid for safety.
