Broil King NBS-3SLP Stainless-Steel Buffet Server w/ Accessory Kit
Entertain guests for hours while prepared food stays hot and ready to serve with this commercial-quality family-size buffet server. The unit provides three chafing pans--one 2-3/5-quart and two 4-2/7-quart pans--complete with clear polycarbonate lids with utensils slots. Food can be cooked directly in the pans and then placed right in the buffet server. The adjustable thermostat keeps the heat at the perfect temperature (between 155 and 205 degrees F), and the cool-touch handles ensure safety and convenience. Meanwhile, the stainless-steel chafing pan holder conserves heat and keeps pans aligned on the warming surface. The buffet server's high-tech warming surface measures 27-5/8 by 14 inches, and its base can be used as a stand-alone warming tray. Other highlights include two non-skid feet, 300 watts of warming power, and a safety signal light. The stainless-steel base, pan frame, pans, and clear lids clean up easily by hand or in the dishwasher.
